Vitamin D3 is only formed automatically in the skin when it is exposed to the sun's rays. Since this is the only natural source of the vitamin, the deficit is large in many people. In particular, people who spend a lot of time indoors are at risk of becoming deficient and should use vitamin supplements.

Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal and healthy functioning of many parts of the body and its functions. Among other things, muscles, teeth, bones, the immune system, cell division, the level of calcium in the blood and the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

The product is dissolved in olive oil, which increases the body's ability to absorb the supplement in the body.

The dietary supplement is 100% vegan and free of GMOs, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavors and sweeteners.

Tip:

It can be an advantage to have your vitamin D level measured regularly by your doctor to avoid becoming deficient.

1-2 capsules daily. The daily dose should not be exceeded.
