- Place the light on a flat, heat-resistant surface, free from drafts and away from flammable materials.

- Keep an eye on the light during use and turn it off when there are a few centimeters of wax left.
- Extinguish carefully – preferably with a candle extinguisher – and straighten the wick when the wax has cooled.
