Description
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. For full effect, a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA is recommended. The capsules come in a bucket made of 100% recycled plastic and the fish oil is Friend of the Sea certified. This means that it has a recognized environmental label, which ensures that the fishing for this fish oil meets the requirements for sustainable fishing. EPA and DHA are both omega-3 fatty acids which are necessary for our body and which we can consume through our diet or as supplements.
Dosage:
Adults and children from 11 years: 1-3 capsules daily. Possibly in connection with a meal
