Description
This Semi-permanent hair color cream from Manic Panic gives an instant effect. The colors can be mixed and matched in a cross-section and they are easy to use!
For sharp results, lighten your hair to light blonde with Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kit.
Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Color Creme can be used immediately and does not mix with peroxide.
Usage :
Wearing protective gloves, apply to clean, dry hair and saturate thoroughly, avoiding the scalp. Cover with plastic cap and leave for at least 30 minutes. Rinse in cold water until almost clear; color will gradually fade with each wash.
NOTE: Remember, for external use only, keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes.
The color lasts for about 2-4 weeks.
