Description
This semi-permanent hair color cream from Manic Panic provides an immediate effect. The colors can be mixed and matched crosswise and they are easy to use!
For sharp results, lighten hair to light blonde with Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleaching Kit.
Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Color Creme can be used immediately and cannot be mixed with peroxide.
Application:
Wear protective gloves, apply to clean, dry hair and saturate thoroughly, avoiding the scalp. Cover with plastic cap and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Rinse in cold water until almost clear; the color gradually fades with each wash.
NOTE: Remember, for external use only, keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes.
The color lasts approx. 4-6 weeks.
