How to use the product

1. Apply liberally to dry skin 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. Use more than you think – too little product significantly lowers the level of protection.
2. Reapply frequently: at least every two hours and after bathing, sweating or toweling off.
3. Avoid the midday sun, and add clothing, a hat and sunglasses for optimal protection.
4. For the first few days of sun exposure or for very fair/sensitive skin, start carefully and gradually increase the time in the sun.
